OMG!! This guy is incredible!! He's awesome AND he's not expensive! There is NO ONE better than him. Don't let the Dayton-based phone number make you think you're going to pay more for his gas expense. Nope. He's punctual and he gets the job done. He is respectful to even wear a mask AND shoe covers to protect your carpet. When you need your dryer vents cleaned, you give this guy a call. You WON'T be disappointed!

Very professional and excellent service! On top of that, Ed has automated his booking system very efficiently; it was very easy for me to book the service, then Ed called me to confirm it, and on the day of the service I received text messages about the exact time he would arrive! This is perfect!

I called them this morning and talked to Ed about my concerns. Based on my schedule, I asked him if he could come on Thursday.  He told me he would be out of town doing other jobs, but would stop by after I got off work tonight! Got here early, got the job done, very informative and professional. Would highly recommend and will use again! P.S. dryer is running much better!

Ed was very professional and very prompt in preliminary correspondence. He did the work very carefully and explained everything I asked him and even though he spent considerably more time cleaning the dryer vent due to it being rather complex he did not charge extra. My dryer now dries in 1/3 the time it took before.

I needed my dryer vent clean for a long time. After after checking in line. I seen U.S.A. dryer vent. I looked at the other reviews and how please they were with his service. And the pictures on how bad they were and knew that my was just as bad. I made a appointment Ed the owner came out cleaned my vent in a timely manner and was very nice and polite. I would recommend USA vent cleaning over any other company.

Ed, from USA Dryer Vent, was just wonderful. He arrived when he said he would, went straight to his work, and gave helpful info about what he'd just done and what I might want done in the future. No pushy sales-pitch. Some of my neighbors used this company on my recommendation. All of them were happy!

Called before arriving. Arrived on time. Very personable and professional. Tested my dryer vent and completed the work efficiently. Explained what and why he was doing everything. Tested my dryer vent where it exited the condo when finished and checked the dryer vent in basement. Was very pleased with all. Would recommend him to everyone!!!!!
